Having a combined total of 50 years experience, Sandie Labanca and Carolyn Upton joined forces to form Lacuna Land & Home.
Having worked within the property industry they found that there was something missing within the land and new homes arena. This leads onto the name of "Lacuna" which the dictionary definition means just that - something missing - identifying a niche in the market and providing a service second-to-none to the small house builder and property developer.
Sandie and Carolyn have sold new homes for many years and understand the needs of the house builder from acquisition of land to the final build and sale of these new homes.
